An evening of food and health inspiration with Lifted Health Coaching & The Blonde Beet
At our first Lifted with The Blonde Beet event we’ll explore the exciting opportunities we all have to eat with more intention. How to fully NOURISH ourselves to boost our health and vitality; making us feel energised, strong, and ready to truly thrive.
You’ll learn the importance of proteins, fats, fibre and sugar and how to manage them in your diet along with swaps, tips, and hacks to make food and drink work for you.
The evening begins with a welcome drink, followed by a presentation by certified Health Coach, Viv Middlebrook, and concludes with The Blonde Beet’s Founder, Jo Kemp, providing a cookery demo to showcase a few simple, healthy recipes that you can easily replicate at home. You’ll get to taste the dishes we create as part of a delicious supper.
